ABOUT ME
My name is Vanessa Mejia, and I love all forms of photography. I’m a freelance photographer specializing in all types of music/concert photography. However, I have my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography, so I am classically trained to do any and all kinds of photography work. I'm currently based out of Houston, Texas but am willing to travel.
I love being able to create images that capture the moment that can be shared with generations to come.
I currently photograph for the Houston Police Department. Previously, I was selected to take part in the 2013 SXSW (South By South West) photo crew, and had the opportunity to shoot national acts such as Snoop Lion, Icona Pop, The Joy Formidable, Ghostface Killah, and so many more.
